Here is how it works...You place an order, Vet's 1st Choice, contact's us at Freed Veterinary Hospital for approval, once approved your order will be processed and usually ships the same day!

Ø  Business Days are Monday - Friday

Ø  Prescriptions Items require approval from your Veterinarian; please allow time for us to validate your order.

Ø  Compounded Medications are formulated specially for your pet and will be sent express by FedEx or UPS from our facilities within 1-2 business days after we receive approval.

Ø  Pet Food is heavy and will only be shipped by UPS ground service.

Ø  Refrigerated Items require special precautions to be shipped - so they stay cold. Your order will be sent out as an express delivery, but will not be shipped from our facilities if the package will be delayed due to a weekend or holiday. Shipment will be sent on the following business day.

Ø  Restricted Shipping Items also require special precautions when shipping. These products cannot travel in the air and will be sent by ground delivery service. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Ø  PO Boxes can be shipped to if you choose Standard Shipping.
